Mr Christopher Wilson
Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon at the University Hospital of Wales NHS Trust, Cardiff. He has a wide-ranging and varied medico-legal practice. As an active trauma surgeon, as well as being involved with the surgery of lower limb degenerative disease, he accepts instructions on all types of personal injury cases. In addition, he regularly receives instructions in medical negligence cases. He also has a particular interest in sports injury cases.

Dr David Gill (psychiatry editor)
Consultant psychiatrist in the NHS in Hertfordshire. He has a growing medico-legal practice, across the range of adult mental health. He offers a UK-wide home visiting service, which has been described as "unique". Overseas by arrangement. He sees personal injury and clinical negligence cases for Claimants, Defendants and jointly. He has a particular interest in cases involving malingering and detecting fraud. Notable cases have included the Human Growth Hormone/ Creutzfeldt-Jacob action. He also undertakes employment and criminal cases.

Dr Hugh Koch
Chartered Clinical Psychologist, based in Cheltenham with expertise in personal and sports injury, criminal and employment litigation. He is the author of many texts including: Current Medical-Legal Issues in PI Litigation (2001) and Psychological Injury (2005) with Tim Kevan. He has written numerous articles in legal journals in the past decade.

Mr Patrick Nee
Consultant in accident and emergency at Whiston Hospital, Merseyside, a part of the St Helens & Knowsley Hospitals NHS Trust. He has consulting offices in Liverpool and Manchester. He acts regularly as a medico-legal expert in personal injury cases and has a particular interest in low impact cases.

Dr Nicholas Padfield
Consultant in Pain medicine at Guys' & St Thomas' Foundation Trust. His interests include treatments for neuropathic pain, Complex regional pain syndromes, and many other types of pain problems. He has published 3 books including the 'Pain Medicine Manual' which was given the 'Highly Commended' BMA Prize. He is married with 2 children.

Dr Martin Mansell
Has been a Consultant Nephrologist for the last 24 years and has prepared nearly 1,000 expert nephrology reports during the last 16 years. He is a Council member of the Medico-Legal Society and Deputy Editor of the Medico-Legal Journal.
